Delivery:

  • The portrait can be sent rolled up in a tube.
    On average, shipping within Europe takes up to 7 working days and costs up to 25 euros. Dispatch is carried out from Portugal.

  • A portrait stretched on a stretcher can be sent in a box. This option is available for paintings of all sizes whose largest side is less than or equal to 140 cm.
    On average, shipping within Europe takes up to 7 working days. Depending on the size and country of destination, the delivery price can vary from 30 euros to 80 euros (if the larger side is 140cm).
    Dispatch is carried out from Portugal.

Payment:

  • Usually the payment is split into two parts. 30% is paid before sketch development begins.

  • The remaining 70% + delivery costs are paid before sending the finished work.

  • We can also agree to divide the payment into more parts.

  • Payment is made via PayPal. Tell me if you need an invoice.

Stages of painting a portrait:

  • After you leave your email, I will contact you within 24 hours

  • Next we will discuss the details of the portrait. You will tell me how you see the portrait, what you want to reflect, emphasize, convey in the portrait. What mood do you want to convey? We also agree on how the portrait will be painted. The portrait is painted either based on the materials you send (photos), or we coordinate live posing.

  • Next I start working on the sketch. Before starting work, I take an advance of 30% of the cost of the portrait.

  • When the sketch is ready, I will send you a photo of it. At this stage, we also discuss possible adjustments and approve the final composition of the painting.

  • When the portrait is ready, I will also send you a photo. Before sending the work, you pay the remaining cost of the portrait.

    - I tell you the tracker number, so you can track the delivery of the painting.
